Settle Payments, Cancellation and Refunds

Plans and prices

Settle Pro can be bought two ways:

• On the web with a card: S$7.99 for one month or S$63.99 for one year.
• In Telegram with Stars: 600 Stars for each 30 day period.

The checkout page or the Telegram invoice shows the price before you confirm. Prices include any tax that applies.

Automatic renewal

Monthly and yearly web subscriptions renew for another period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Telegram Stars subscriptions renew every 30 days unless you cancel in Telegram's subscription settings. The payment service may also send you its own payment and renewal notices.

Cancelling

You can cancel a web subscription from the billing page in the dashboard, which opens Stripe's customer portal, or on Link's website (link.com). You can cancel a Telegram Stars subscription in Telegram's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not give you a refund.

Refunds

The first payment for a subscription can be refunded if you contact us within seven days of the first charge. Later renewal payments are not refundable, unless the law says otherwise. Cancelling does not refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Because Stripe is the seller of record for web payments, Stripe may also issue a refund itself within 60 days in some cases, and its support team handles payment questions through Link.

To ask for a refund or get help with a payment, email support@settlenotes.com and tell us the Telegram account you used, the date of the charge, and what went wrong. Never send full card numbers or passwords. For Stars payments, we process an approved refund through Telegram's payment tools. For web payments, we process it through Stripe.
